Pennsylvania Food: Pepper Hash
1/2 a cabbage
1/2 a Green Pepper
1/2 a Red Pepper
1 peeled carrot
Add a Jalapeno if you want it spicy
Chop everything very fine
1/4 cup Vinegar
1/4 cup sweetener
1/2 t Mustard Seed
1/2 t Celery Seed
1/2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
Mix all together and pour over the veggies and mix, Let sit in fridge overnight.
Taste, adjust, serve, eat
