Sugar Free Royal Icing



Sugar Free Royal Icing


1 cup Swerve Confectioners Erythritol
2 t Eggwhite Powder
1 to 4 T warm water

Mix the Swerve and eggwhite  together first, then add the water and use a hand mixer to whip it thoroughly for about 5 mins, You only wanna add enough water till it becomes a homogeneous liquid..

Spoon into a piping bag and use.
