4 Giant Aldi chicken breasts, butterflied
5 brown button Mushrooms, chopped
2 cups Kimchi, chopped
1 T sesame oil
5 garlic cloves
olive oil
1/2 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
2 scallion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
2 cups plain bagged bread for stuffing
2 T lemon juice
1 bunch parsley, chopped
1 cup chicken stock
..
In a skillet, saute the mushrooms, onions, garlic, celery, scallions and walnuts, until tender, in Olive oil, the butter and sesame oil.
Add the bread, lemon juice and kimchi and saute a moment to meld.
Add the stock and the chopped parsley
Stuff the breasts, brush the top with oil and bake on a bed of the remaining stuffing
And bake in a 350F oven till they are cooked to YOUR liking
