Bloody Mary Alfredo
2 T Butter
2 T Flour
2 cups half and half
1 cup Parmesan
2 T Tomato Paste
1 t Worcestershire
1 t Hot Sauce
1 heaping T Prepared Horseradish
1/3 cup Vodka
Fry the flour in the butter until bubbly, Then quickly whisk in the Vodka, then the H&H and Parm. Then add the tomato paste, Worcestershire, horseradish and hot sauce.
Mix in some Black Pepper, Chopped Parsley and Olives and serve over pasta
