Thai Eggs

Try this for breakfast...
Thai Eggs

6 Eggs
1/4 lb Ground Pork
1 T Fish Sauce
1 t Sugar
3 Chopped Scallions
Minced red chilis
3 inches Oil in your Wok

Heat the oil in the Wok,
Mix the other ingredients together and when the oil is hot enough, pour the mixture in all at once from the front of the pan. turn it carefully, When puffy and cooked thru, remove it with a large spider onto paper towels and eat with rice and Thai chili sauce.
