Seafood Cocktail Salad


Light and Refreshing!


Seafood Cocktail Salad

Green Tomato Cocktail Sauce

3 green tomatoes, cored
1/4 cup sugar
2 T corn syrup
1/4 t Allspice
1 t onion powder
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
green food coloring (optional)

Puree all the ingredients together and boil down till it gets thick
Refrigerate and then add fresh grated horseradish to your liking.

To assemble

Pour a  few spoons of the cocktail sauce on the bottom of a giant cocktail glass.
on the side add some Hidden Valley Dill Ranch Dressing, then add Watercress, Basil Leaves, Cucumber slices, Avocado slices, Shrimp, Crab, Seared Sea Scallops and chopped scallions,
Serve.
