Green Tomato Aspic
4 large Green Tomatoes
big handful of washed Cilantro tops
2 heaping T Pickled Jalapenos
1-2 t Salt
1/4 t Pepper
2 knox Gelatin
1/2 cup water
Sprinkle the knox over the water in a small bowl, let sit 5 mins then pop in the microwave and nuke for 3-40 secs to melt
boil the whole green tomatoes in water for ten mins and when cool peel off the skins.
Core and puree with the rest of the ingredients, then add the liquid knox and puree some more.
Pour into a container and pop in the fridge to set for overnight.
Serve slices with a mixture of sour cream and mayo
