Dark Chocolate Enrobed Banana Cream Terrine

 A banana "fudge" enrobed in hard dark chocolate

Dark Chocolate Enrobed Banana Cream Terrine

3 Knox gelatin
 1/4 cup cold water
 2 cups heavy cream
1 block Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup half and half 
1 box Nesquik banana (300g)
1 t Artificial banana flavor
Yellow food color
 
In a small pot sprinkle the Knox over the water and let soften about 10 minutes
Then turn on the heat and let melt, turn off heat and set aside.
 
In a big pot put everything else and bring to a boil, breaking up the cream cheese thoroughly.
 Then add in the Knox and stir thoroughly

Pour into a loaf pan thats been rinsed in hot water and then let cool to room temp then refrigerate.

Invert onto a rack and coat thoroughly with tempered melted Dove Dark Chocolate.
 

* I enjoy fake banana flavor, omit it if you dont
