Sugar Free Modelling Chocolate

 
Rolled out with a little powdered monkfruit
 Sugar Free Modelling Chocolate
 
 
4 nine oz bags Lilys Chocolate Chips (dark, milk or white)
1 cup Sukrin Syrup, Fiber Yum Syrup, Yacon Syrup (only use Yacon with Dark Chocolate)
 
DO NOT USE ALLULOSE SYRUPS
 
Melt the bags of chips in a plastic bowl in the microwave. Start at 30 seconds, stir, if they arent fully melted at 30 secs in, try another 30 secs, repeat until they are fully melted but not burned.
 
Heat the syrup in another bowl till warm 

Pour all the syrup over the melted chips and stir quickly. It will start to get hard but make sure you combine it all.

Pour it into a Ziploc bag and seal.

Let sit on the counter overnight.

Put it in the microwave for 30 secs and then knead until pliable.

Done and Ready to use!
