Non Alcoholic Liquor/Spirits
I prefer to make these in small batch bottles. Just for food safety. However, if you are gonna have a party, feel free to make large bottles
The sodium benzoate and potassium sorbate are preservatives, it is necessary if you are making NON ALCOHOLIC drinks.
Also, please remember that in regular drinks, with alcohol, the actual alcohol gives the drinks a FLAVOR that cannot be replicated here.
Okay lets start.
First, buy the essences you want to make.
Determine which ones are SWEET and NON SWEET.
For Sweet Liquors
1/3 t Sodium benzoate
1/8 t Potassium sorbate1 cup SUGAR Syrup
or
1 cup Sugarfree Simple syrup
2-1/2 cups distilled water
1/2 t Citric Acid (for fruity liquors)
2 T food grade glycerin
1 liter Sanitized Bottle
Sweet
Limoncello
Absinthe
Ouzo
Kahluha
Goldschlager
Creme De Menthe
Banana Liquor
Blue Curacao
Triple Sec
For Non Sweet Liquors/Spirits
(Note: You may want to add extra Essence because when there is no alcohol you need more flavor)
1/3 t Sodium benzoate
1/8 t Potassium sorbate4 cups Distilled Water
2 T Food Grade Glycerin
1 liter Sanitized Bottle
Pour everything into a sterilized bottle, shake, taste, adjust.
If you are having a party, print out labels for your bottles, for fun.

Tequila
Rums
Akvavit
Gin
Make a Non Alcoholic Hot Buttered Rum
1 t Sweetener
1 pat butter
1 jigger non alcoholic rum
4 whole cloves
Hot water in a mug with cinnamon stick
