A pet safe Birthday Cake for your dog or cat!!

1) Assemble the ingredients.
1 roll of your choice Fresh Select Fresh Refrigerated Dog or Cat food

 1 pouch of mashed potato mix

(FOR CATS, ONLY MAKE PLAIN MASHED POTATOES WITH NO MILK, ONIONS, GARLIC OR SALT)

2) Prepare one pouch of mashed taters per instructions and stir till its gummy.

Let cool till only warm to touch. DO NOT ADD SALT. OMIT IT.
If you want pink "frosting", add a little beet juice from a can of beets.

 

 3) Slice two slices of the roll 

 

  4) Put blob of mashed taters on plate and put one slice down on top.

 

 

 5) sandwich a layer of taters in between two slices of roll

 

 

 

6) Coat all in taters as frosting, Cover and chill to set up a bit.

 

 

 

7) When its Party Time, decorate the cakes with pet friendly decorations (here its Carrot "Candles" and whipped cream, for Cats use tiny amounts of Cool Whip or Coconut Whipped Cream) 

 

8) CUT INTO MANAGEABLE PIECES AND SERVE!
