Cream Of Jalapeno Soup

Packed with flavor and so good
 

 
 Cream Of Jalapeno Soup
 
 
1/4 cup Pickled Jalapenos, packed (NO BRINE)
1/2 cup Potato Flakes
2 packs Cream of chicken soup (Cup A Soup brand NOT Campbells)
2 liter Water
1 cup heavy cream
1 T Butter
1 small chopped Onion
1 ring Diced Kielbasa or other sausage
Garlic bread
Old El Paso Mexican Cheese shreds


Sear the Kielbasa, set aside

Mix the soup mix and water

Fry the onion and pickled jalapenos, in a pan in olive oil and butter

Add the soup, Potato flakes and Kielbasa.

Simmer 20 mins on low.

Add cream, simmer about 3 mins

pour soup into ramekins, top with garlic bread and cover in cheese and broil till bubbly,

Serve
