You can make Authentic Hawai'ian Poké at home even if you live in Pennsyltucky...

 

Go to Wegmans (or your closest Asian Market) and buy some sushi grade seafood (preferably Tuna) and order yourself some of these NOH brand Poké kits. All you need is sesame oil. Scallions are optional.
