Cold Pear Soup With Mint Drizzle

1 -- 29 oz can Pear Halves in Syrup ONE pear half reserved
14 cup sugar
1/4th cup fresh mint leaves

Liquify the entire can of pears in a Vitamix or blender.
Pour into a container and chill...reserve 1/3rd cup in the Vitamix.
Add the sugar and mint to the reserved pear puree
and blend again till its a deep green liquid.
Chill both the purees separately 
Then serve in bowls with a mint squiggle and a few slices of reserved pear
and a sprig of mint.
