Fish En Papillote





First Cut up the veggies, Im using peppers and onions. 
Im making a Seviche flavored Fish here I marinated them in lemon juice, salt, pepper and red pepper flakes
(I was out of fresh Jalapeno)
I had a parchment paper "heart" cut out already and set into a glass baking dish
at the ready.




Then I put the veggies and most of the juice on the bottom half of the paper heart and set the fillet of fish on top, you do this so the fish steams in the citrus juice and the flavor of the veggies permeate the fish.


Then starting at the valley of the heart twist up the paper till you get to the other side and then twist hard to seal...

Bake in a 350 oven for 20 mins.

Cut open carefully in a star shape and serve
