2 large cans crushed tomatoes
1/4th cup Olive Oil

8 cloves garlic chopped
1 T Fresh oregano chopped
2 T Chili powder
2T Cumin
1 26 oz can beef broth
1 can green enchilada sauce

1 t FG pepper
2 T sugar

4 pounds Ground Chuck
1 can red kidney beans drained
1 t to 1 T Red Pepper Flakes (depending how spicy you want it)

Fry the ground chuck in a little oil
till seared and brown and broken up. Remove it to a plate.
Reduce the heat to medium.

Add the olive oil to the hot pan and saute the onion, and peppers in olive oil in a large skillet till
translucent,
Season with salt and pepper.

Add the enchilada sauce, stir, let simmer 10 mins
Check the seasoning and add more salt, pepper, or pepper flakes if desiredFinally add the beans and stir to cook thru
Serve with crackers, sour cream, hot sauce and shredded cheese
