McDonalds French Fry Ice Cream

Just like dipping your fries in your shake at McDonalds


McDonalds French Fry Ice Cream

1 quart Light Cream

2 egg yolks

1 cup sugar

1 Supersized McDonald French Fry Order

DO NOT CHOP THE FRIES

Pour the cream in a pot with the Fries, and bring to a simmer over medium.
Wait a minute
Take off heat and let steep 20 mins.

Strain out the Fries and let the cream cool completely.
Add the egg yolks, and sugar and whisk thoroughly till silky smooth. Bring back to a boil, and whisk til, a bit thickened.
Remove from heat and cool completely before processing in a Ice Cream maker...
Serve topped with extra Fries
