1 jar roasted red jalapenos
1 T maltodextrin
1 T maltodextrin
1 t Vinegar powder
1 T MCT powder
1 t Salt
1 t Sugar
dash MSG (optional)
Stem and deseed the jalapenos .Dehydrate the peppers in a food dehydrator
Pulverize in a Vitamix with the Maltodextrin
Add the other ingredients and process again.
Put in a jar and use.
If you want it to be redder, try adding a little powdered red food coloring
