Make The Faux Apple Pie Filling

2.5 lbs peeled sliced Jicama
Water 
1 Cinnamon Stick, broke up

Put the Jicama and Cinnamon Stick in the Instant Pot and cover with water. Cook on BEAN, Medium for 4-1/2 to 6 hours, Until it is fork tender (You will think its never gonna get there and then it does)

Remove the Jicama pieces and save the cinnamony liquid..

 
1/3 cup Splenda
 1/2 cup Erythritol
1 t True Lemon Powder
Cinnamon

Mix the Clear Jel Erythritol Lemon Powder and Splenda in a pot. Add 1 cup cinnamon water and a spoon of Capella to taste, Cook till thickened. chop up SOME of the Jicama into bite sized pieces and add to the Fruit Gravy then put this mixture in a buttered pie baking dish.

(You wont use all the Jicama, use the rest for Keto Apple Sauce with Truvia, Cinnamon, Lavender)

Make sure the Jicama you buy is absolutely hard, even slightly soft Jicamas have an off flavor

 Cover with Sliced Cheddar Cheese

and

Streusel

 2/3 cup King Arthur KETO Flour

1/2 stick Butter, softened
1/3 cup Eryithritol
1/3 cup Brown Truvia
1 t Cinnamon
1/3 Cup coarsely Crushed Catalina Crunch Cinnamon Toast Cereal

Mix together with your hands and strew over the faux apples and cheese and bake in a 350F oven till bubbly. Serve warm, maybe with Ice Cream

You wont use all the streusel
