Mexican Ketchup

 

Try it on a burger

 

Mexican Ketchup

 

1 large can RED Enchilada Sauce
Soaked Pureed Chilis (3 Guajillo, 2 Ancho soaked in boiling water till hydrated)
1/2 cup Vinegar
3/4 cup Sugar
1/2 t Onion powder
1/2 t Garlic Powder
 1 T beef boullion
1 t Cumin
1 heaping T chopped pickled Jalapenos


Boil it all in a pot on medium until thickened a bit, then put in a vitamix to puree and then back into a pot to simmer about 4 mins, serve
