White Fruitcake Cookies

 Pretty and delicious! Not Yo Mommas Fruitcake!

White Fruitcake Cookies

 

1 box White cake mix

3 egg whites

1 stick butter, melted

2 color maraschinos dehydrated

handful of Coconut

handful of dried Pineapple cut in 3s

handful of dried strawberries

handful of dried cantaloupe cut in pieces

1 t rum flavor

1 t Vanilla Butter Nut flavor (COLORLESS)

Preheat oven to 350oF

Put parchment on a cookie sheet

Mix the fruit in a bowl

Mix the cake mix, egg whites and butter thoroughly, then add the fruit and mix thoroughly.

Make 12 golf ball sized balls and flatten.

Place on sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes, until light golden.

Cool on a rack
