Pan-Cake Bars With Maple Streusel Topping
2 cups Aunt Jemima Complete Pancake mix
1-1/2 cups water
1/3 cup flour
1/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Maple sugar
Preheat oven to 350oF
Grease a square baking pan with 1/4 cup melted butter, letting most pool in the bottom.
Mix the pancake mix and water and pour into pan.
Mix the streusel ingredients and strew over top.
Kinda like a pancake coffee cake
Bake 25-30 mins
