Dark Hot Cocoa
A mug of hot cocoa is fantastic, but its always milk chocolate, as cocoa has milk in it.
Thus even if you put dark chocolate in your cocoa, it will always become hot 'milk chocolate' flavored cocoa.
9 ounces of your favorite 70% dark chocolate
2-1/4 cups boiling water
1/4 cup deodorized coconut oil
Put it all in a Vitamix and blend on low then high, serves 3 or 4
