Peach Iced Tea Cake






Peach Iced Tea Cake


1 box White or yellow Cake Mix
1 cup Strong Tea *
2 packs Target freeze dried peaches
1/4 cup butter melted and cooled
3 eggs

Preheat oven to 350f

Put the tea and dried peaches in a Vitamix or food processor and whir till smooth, add the eggs and butter.
Mix with the cake mix in a large bowl.
Bake in a greased and floured Bundt pan 35 mins
Cool

Mix
2 T Whipping Cream
2 T Lemon Juice
1 cup Confectioners Sugar

and pour over the cake and slice and eat

* boil 2 cups water and put in 6 Luizianne Iced Tea Tea bags, let steep 10-30 mins, measure out 1 cup.
