Venison Ribs With Black Cherry Kool-Aid BBQ Sauce


1 pack Black Cherry Kool Aid
1 bag frozen sweet cherries
2 cups sugar
2 cups white vinegar
1 t red pepper flakes
1 t Juniper Berries

Simmer all the above in a pot over medium for 30 mins, uncovered, then run thru a Vitamix or blender and then pour back in pot and simmer a little bit more 


Cut up a rack of Deer Ribs
Broil on each side on a baking sheet until browned on each side.
Place in a slow cooker add a cut up onion, 2 cups stock and 1 t lemon pepper and slow cook on low for 10 hours.

Carefully remove to a baking sheet and brush and spoon the BBQ sauce on, and place in a350oF oven for 10 mins.

Serve
