Spicy Bacon Spread Or Meatloaf Sauce

 

1 package Bacon, cooked and chopped

2 T Hot Sauce

1/4 cup Tomato Paste

1/4 cup Vinegar

1/2 t Salt

1/2 t Pepper

1 small Onion 

2 Cloves Garlic 

Water

 

Put everything in a food processor and process till smooth then put it in a pot and heat it up for 5 minutes with 1/4 cup water.  Serve in a mini crock 

If you want it sweet, add honey. I don't want it to be super sweet so I made this without ketchup
