Salmon Sisig -Filipino Inspired

 

 
 
 
 Salmon Sisig
 
One pound Salmon Fillet w/ skin
2 Chopped Peppers (red and green)
1/4 cup Mayo
1/2 Fish Bouillon Cube
1 chopped hot Chili
1/2 t Old Bay
1 Red Onion, chopped
2 T Butter
1 t Pepper
2 t Soy Sauce
Calamansi Juice
 
Put the bouillon cube, Old Bay, pepper and soy sauce in a small bowl with a few T of water and mix to combine, set aside 


Take the entire salmon fillet and deep fry it in oil, till its golden and crispy, remove, let cool and chop it up. Then mix with mayo
Fry the chili, peppers, and onion in some butter, then add the salmon and half the sauce. Fry thoroughly.
Serve with Calamansi or Lemon Juice.
