1/2 cup Heavy Cream 

Mix these together, then mix into 

1 box San Sucre Cheesecake Mousse prepared with milk

With

 Few Drops Pink food color

1/4 cup Sugarfree Starlight mints, finely crushed

 

Pour into the pan and

 

Sprinkle the top with

and 2 T Sugarfree Starlight mints, Crushed

 

Chill till set harder
