Creamy, Savory, Colorful, Umami Rich Bean Soup With Plenty Of Meat
Cream Of Bacon, Ham, Kielbasa And Bean Chowder
In a Very LARGE Bowl combine 1 can of each:
Red Kidney
Canellini
Pinto
Black Beans
Butter Beans
Chickpea
Northern
Fava
Pink
Mayocoba
Black Eyed Peas
Pidgeon Peas
Corn
2 cups FROZEN Lima beans, cooked
Lightly cook
1/4 cup Red Lentils
1/4 cup Black Lentils
Stir till totally and evenly combined, set aside half for the Rainbow Baked Beans and half for this recipe
Seasoning
1 chopped onion
1 large chopped tomato
1 t Dried garlic
1 pound thick sliced bacon, chopped
1 pound ham slice chopped
1 ring Kielbasa, chopped
1/3 cup pickled jalapenos
1/2 t Badia Ham Salt
Salt and Pepper
and 2 cans Cream Of Chicken Soup and
1/3 cup heavy cream
Fry the bacon, ham, kielbasa in a big pot till all the fatty parts of the bacon are rendered and all 3 meats are a lil crispy and brown, remove to a bowl and add in the tomato, onion and Garlic. Fry till tender and then add the ham salt, the meats and the soup and 6 cups water and cream and Jalapenos. let simmer a bot then add the beans and cook about 10 minutes. Then serve
