1 cup Black Beans

1/2 a Green Pepper, Chopped

1/2 a Red Pepper, Chopped

1/2 a Yellow Pepper, Chopped

1/2 a Orange Pepper, Chopped

1 onion, Chopped

Saute the onion and Peppers, till tender, add everything else, Simmer about 5 mins and put into a baking dish, cover with.

Cheesy Flamin Hot Mashed Potatoes

3 Hot Cooked Potatoes Mashed with

Salt

Pepper

1 packet Cheesy Flamin Hot Mac and Cheese seasoning

2 Scallions Chopped

1/2 cup Shredded Cheese, Packed

1/2 cup milk

3-4 T butter

Cover with more cheese if desired and bake at 350F till bubbly
