Creamy Peach Pie Or Mousse

 I put it in a mold to make it pretty. If you dont make it into pie, put it in a mold and serve with whipped cream

 

 

 

 Creamy Peach Pie Or Mousse

 

 

1-1/2 packs Knox

3 t Amoretti Peach Flavor (makes it taste like a natural peach)

1/2 cup sugar

1 block of very soft cream cheese

Chopped sugarfree peaches

3-1/2 cups Cool Whip 

Orange Food Color

Pink Food color

2/3 cup boiling water 

Graham Cracker Crust (optional)

 

Put the Knox, Peach flavor, and sugar, in a bowl

Pour over the boiling water, and stir to dissolve, Add cream cheese and stir to combine.

blend in Cool Whip and peaches, and pour into crust. Chill till firm
