You can sub this for refried beans in a low carb burrito
1 Carb Lupini Bean Taco Hummus
1 (24-ounce) jar Lupini beans
3 T lemon Juice
2 T taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1/2 cup tahini paste
Salt and pepper
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
2 T taco seasoning
2 garlic cloves, chopped

1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
Puree everything in a Vitamix till smooth.
Spoon into a shallow bowl, top with pickled jalapenos, crispy onions, scallions and olive oil.
