Carrot Cake for breakfast
Carrot Cake Oats
3 cup 1 min Oats
1 cup Crispy carrot chips, crushed
2 T butter
2 cup milk
1 cup carrot juice
water if needed
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
1 t cinnamon
1/2 t Nutmeg
Dash Mace
Dash Allspice
tiny dash cloves
1/2 bag shredded carrots
water
Boil the carrots in water till very tender
Add everything to a pot over medium and stir. Cook till everything is soft and delicious (about 10 minutes)
Top with more crunchy carrot chips
