Takarabukaro's (Treasure Bags)
This is NOT my recipe, its been around for eons. But there are no stand alone recipes for it, So here it is...
Abura-age
Kombu or Toothpicks
Stuffing
Scallions
Raw sliced Garlic
Mochi or Rice cakes
Mushrooms
Bacon
Jullienned Perilla Leaves
Cheese
Ham
ANYTHING
Boil the abura-age till soft and pliable. Cool, slice off the top, open them like a Pita Bread, stuff with your choice of stuffings and secure with Kombu Tie or toothpicks and boil in soup, Oden, or Tteokbokki
