These have the same texture as McDonalds McNuggets. They are juicy cause of the chicken skin. ENJOY!
Knock-Off Chicken McNuggets
The skin from 4 chicken thighs, FROZEN
1 large boneless chicken breast, half frozen
2 boneless chicken thighs, half frozen
1 t salt
1/2 t pepper
1 egg white
2 T lemon juice
1 t chicken bouillion
1/2 t garlic powder
1/2 t onion powder
Put all of the above in a food processor and process till the skin is chopped up into tiny pieces and the mixture is moderately smooth.
Mix all of these together
1 cup flour
1/4 t salt
1/4 t pepper
1/4 t Chicken bouillion
Put on gloves, spray the gloves with oil and make balls or micropatties and coat lightly in flour and drop in hot oil and fry 5 minutes until golden, drain on paper towels, and eat.
