Pretzel Cookies

Sweet and Salty Sugar Cookies made with pretzels

Pretzel Cookies

    2 sticks butter, softened
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 eggs
    2 t Vanilla
    1/2 t baking powder
    3 cups pulverized (to powder in a blender) pretzels
    1 cup flour

salt and sugar for topping

Preheat oven to 350oF

Put on gloves and mix everything together by hand.

Form disk cookies by hand  and place on a parchment lined cookie sheet

Sprinkle with salt and sugar

Bake 8 minutes
