Pretzel Bread




Pretzel Bread


2 pack quick yeast
2 T sugar
1-1/4 cup pulverized pretzels
1-3/4 cup flour
2 T oil
1-1/2 cups warm water

Whisk together the flour and pretzels, yeast and sugar and knead in the water until its combined, knead 5 minutes

Place in a oiled bowl and cover and let sit one hour covered in a warm place.

Then punch down, knead lightly and press into a lightly greased loaf pan, cover and put back in a warm place for another hour, then bake in a 350oF oven

Let cool then, maybe serve with German sandwich faves.
