Dry Hot Wing/Tabasco Style Rub
I concocted this rub/shake to taste just like Tabasco, but it has no Tabasco in it. Too many times companies put out Buffalo Wing products that have solely HEAT and no fruity goodness from fresh chilis. I added the Guajillo Chilis for that purpose alone.

4 Dried Guajillo Peppers, Stem Removed and Deseeded
1 T salt
1 T Red Pepper Flakes
2 T dried Butter (Only if you wanna make HOT WING style)
Zhuzh it all up in a Vitamix on high for 1 minute, Use
