King Of Prussia Purple Cow

When I was growing up in the Philly Metro area in the 1980s my family would go to a small open air strip mall near farm lands called King Of Prussia Plaza

King Of Prussia Plaza had a Acme Mkt, a Korvettes, Pep Boys, a Thrift Drug and several other stores, including a cafeteria and a hot dog/Ice Cream shop called The Purple Cow

My fave thing to get there was the signature Purple Cow...

A scoop of vanilla ice cream in a ice cold frosty glass of  purple grape soda

Nothing fancy...

Well, King Of Prussia Mall is now the largest mall in the USA (per retail sq ft) and its basically a high end luxury mall, with all the top brands.

So in light of that, I figured that Purple Cow needed some updating to a higher end dessert...

So, KOP Purple Cow 2018 Style

3 cups Organic Grape Juice
Gluten Free, Vegan Coconut Bliss Vanilla Dream Ice Cream
Coconut Whipped Cream
Grapes on a stick
Organic Grape Syrup

Put the juice in a seltzer maker and charge
"Paint" the inside of a frosty glass with the grape syrup, plop in a scoop of Coconut Ice Cream and pour over the sparkling grape juice, dress it up with coconut whipped cream and grapes, serve with a eco conscious paper straw.
