Sugar Free Rose Syrup

Luscious over yogurt, Ice Cream, soda water or Falooda
Sugar Free Rose Syrup

1 Sixteen oz bottle Rose Water
1 cup Truvia or Erythritol
1 Teaspoon Ball Pectin
4 scoops clear Thick-it

Boil the Rose Water and Truvia  until it is reduced by 1/3rd, add the Pectin and boil a bi8t more, then take off the heat and add the Thick It.
Let it cool and use a funnel and pour back into bottle and keep in the refrigerator.
