Retro Recipe Redo #8 Carrot Cake Chips With Cream Cheese Dip



I got this idea years ago after finding these Brownie Brittle Chips years ago, but never experimented with it until today. This is not a "Recipe" per se ...But an IDEA.

Carrot Cake Chips With Cream Cheese Dip

1 box Duncan Hines Deluxe Carrot Cake Mix

Prepare the cake mix as for cake batter, but pour and evenly spread the batter onto 2 large well greased cookie sheets with lips. Bake in a 350 oven for 15-20 mins until they are well done and then peel the entire "sheet" of cooked batter off the sheets and let completely dry and get crisp overnight, slice into squares and serve with the following dip/spread

Lemon Cream Cheese Dip Spread

1/2 a box of Lemon Instant Pudding Mix
1 cup Milk
1 cup 1/3 less fat Cream Cheese (tub kind)

Whip all together, chill and serve.
