What you will need

Aluminum Flag Pole 

Flag Pole Holder

Scrap Wood To Affix It All Onto

Center the flagpole holder on the "base" screw in place with screws.

Put the pole in the holder.
Spray paint the wooden base silver.

Voila!

Put it in your front yard and invite your neighbors to air their grievances!
