Harvest Nibbles




1-2 cups raw Goya Pumpkin Pasta
20 leaves fresh sage
1 cup cubed Butternut Squash
1 Red Apple chopped
Craisins
1 T sugar
1/2 t salt
Oil for frying

Fry the apple till golden in oil over medium heat, remove to a plate with paper towels
Then fry the squash till golden in oil over medium heat, remove to a plate with paper towels.
Then drop in the sage and fry till crispy, remove to a plate with paper towels.
Crank up the heat to high and drop in the pasta and fry about 1 minute till they puff up and float, then
remove to a plate with paper towels.
Toss all together with craisins and dust with sugar, salt and as much Prairie Dust as you want.

Eat out of hand.
