Mole Cake
1 NINE ounce box ready to use Maria Dona Mole
1 Box Carrot Cake Mix
1/2 cup water
1/3rd cup oil
3 eggs
Preheat oven to 350f, grease and flour the pan(s)
Mix the above together in a bowl for 2 minutes. Pour into pans, bake as directed. Cool
Frost with Dark Chocolate frosting doctored up with 1 teaspoon cinnamon.
Sprinkle with
PRAIRIE DUST
1/4 cup caster sugar
2 teaspoons Chipotle powder
2 teaspoons Cinnamon
1 t Wilton Food Glitter
Serve with ice cold Horchata or a Margarita
