Keto Hungarian Poppy Seed Swirly Bread
King Arthur Keto Pizza Mix, prepared with
1 t Lemon Zest
Butter instead of Oil
and 1/4 cup of Swerve Granulated
Let it rise once and then roll it out to a large rectangle
1/2 lb poppy seeds
1 cup Drinking Coconut milk
1 half stick butter
3/4 cup Allulose
1/4 t salt
2 eggs
and one beaten egg for brushing on top
Pour the seeds into a Vitamix and grind
Pour them into a bowl and rinse out the Vitamix, then put everything else in and buzz on high speed 30 secs and pour into a pot and whisking constantly over medium heat until it starts to get thick. Add the seeds and stir to combine thoroughly then turn off the heat and transfer to a bowl and refrigerate till you use it....
Spread this on the dough rectangle, leaving 2 inches poppyseedless and roll up, cut in half, brush with beaten egg and bake at 350F for 45 minutes until deep golden.
Let sit for 20 mins before cutting
