Vegan Fish Sauce #2

I put too much color in it but its perfect

Vegan Fish Sauce



One block Vegan Feta Cheese
2-1/2 cups hot water
1 T salt
Caramel Food Color (from the International Supermarket)


Dissolve the Salt in the hot water in a plastic container then crumble the feta into this.
Cap it, let it sit out for 6 hours, then put it in the fridge for 2 weeks.

After 2 weeks strain the liquid into another container, add another Tablespoon of salt and Caramel color, shake and refrigerate, till you use it
