Keto Chichi's Sweet Corn Cake
1 cup dried soybeans, soaked overnight
1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Nido whole milk powder
1 t salt
3 eggs
2/3 cup Allulose
1 t Amoretti Corn flavoring
Melted butter
Preheat the oven to 400oF
Grease a casserole dish with butter
Puree the soybeans, till the texture of cornmeal mush.
Add the milks, salt, eggs , Amoretti and allulose and pulse till combined.
then pour into the dish and bake 30 mins.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over the baked Corn Cake and serve hot.
