Keto Cheese Grits


Keto Cheese Grits

1 cup dried soybeans, soaked overnight

1/2 cup milk
1/3 cup Nido whole milk powder
1 t salt
3 eggs
3 Cloves Garlic, pressed
1 cup shredded cheese
1 t Amoretti Corn flavoring
1/4 t cayenne
Melted butter

Preheat the oven to 400oF
Grease a casserole dish with butter

Puree the soybeans, till the texture of cornmeal mush.
Add the milks, salt, eggs, Amoretti, cayenne and garlic and pulse till combined.
Mix in the cheese by hand and then pour into the dish and bake 30 mins.
Pour 1/4 cup melted butter over all and serve hot.
