Light Keto Biscuits



Mandelmel is a defatted almond meal, it makes baked good light and less fatty and heavy.

Light Keto Biscuits

Preheat an oven to 450oF

2 cups Mandelmel (8 Net Carbs in 2 cups)
3 t Baking Powder
1 t salt

Whisk the above together, then put gloves on and massage
1 stick butter

Into the Mandelmel mixture until it looks like sand
Then mix in
3/4 cup "milk"
Till thoroughly combined

Roll golf ball sized balls and place on baking sheet

Bake 10-12 mins
