Mandelmel is a defatted almond meal, it makes baked goods light and less fatty and heavy. Its more like regular flour.
Grease and "flour" a round or square pan
Preheat an oven to 350oF
In a large bowl put
2 cups Mandelmel (8 net carbs in 2 cups)
1 T plus 1 t Baking powder
1/2 t salt
1-1/2 cups of Allulose or Erythritol or Golden Monkfruit
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1 t Espresso powder
Whisk thoroughly
In a smaller bowl beat together
3 eggs
1 cup "milk"
1/4-1/3 cup water if needed if its too stiff
Vanilla
1 stick butter, melted
Then pour this into the dry and mix thoroughly, then pour into the pan and bake 33-35 mins, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean

Break up the Lilys into a glass or plastic bowl. Microwave it for 30 seconds, stir until completely melted (if needed nuke it 10 secs more) then pour in the cream and stir vigorously till combined.
Let it sit until its spreadable.
